Visit our Gourmet Tent for a truly unique experience at a Fair! Each year we feature a rotating menu of delicious main dishes and desserts...and don't forget to try one of our refreshing drinks!

FEATURED MAIN DISHES

BBQ Brisket "Platter" Juicy sliced brisket, bbq sauce, baked beans, esquites (Mexican Street Corn Salad), and a slice thick cut Texas Toast	Southwest Chicken Wrap With seasoned chicken, corn, lime crema, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, and southwest ranch.
Misoyaki Salmon on Mixed Greens Marinated salmon on a bed of mixed greens, served with an sesame soy vinaigrette.	Tofu Poke Salad Lightly fried tofu, tomatoes, & onions tossed in our own shoyu chili garlic sauce, served over mixed greens and topped with bubu arare.

FEATURED DESSERTS

Apple Pie Similar to an apple pie made with a graham cracker crust and a crunchy streusel topping.	Pot de crème A decadent (but light) chocolate custard topped with whipped cream.
Fruit Trifle Layers of light and fluffy cake and cream, topped with fruits.	Blueberry Cheesecake Tart Graham cracker crust with a blueberry sauce.
