Visit our Gourmet Tent for a truly unique experience at a Fair! Each year we feature a rotating menu of delicious main dishes and desserts…and don’t forget to try one of our refreshing drinks!
Mochisadas to feature at the Fair
Back again by popular demand is our Mochisadas! Enjoy this unique blend of malasadas with a slightly chewy interior. And as a added bonus…they hold up great and can be brought home and reheated for a snack after the Fair! So order a dozen (or more) TO GO!
We will also be selling “stuffed” Mochisadas with custard. This may just become your new favorite sweet treat.

Mauka to Makai
Crispy Lechon Kawali and Shoyu Ahi Poke served over rice.
Seafood Roll
A mix of crab, shrimp and langostino served warm with melted butter on Hawaiian Sweet Rolls.
Tofu Poke Salad
Lightly fried tofu, tomatoes, & onions tossed in our own shoyu chili garlic sauce, served over mesclun greens and topped with bubu arare.
Hiyashi Chuka (Cold Noodles)
Refreshing cold soba noodles with slices of ham, cucumber, and green onion. Served with a Yuzu ponzu sauce.
**We will also feature a LIMITED amount of special Kalo Cold Noodles to celebrate our island theme.

Chocolate Mousse Crunch
Layered dessert with a cookie crumble base, chia pudding,, chocolate mousse and topped with a chocolate wafer.
Pizookie (chocolate chip cookie “pie”)

Panna Cotta
Vanilla panna cotta topped with a fruit puree and fresh cut fruits!

A graham cracker crust filled with vanilla custard and topped with freshly cut fruits
